Data Management
- Organizational hierarchies – Use one notification system for all organizations
Organizational hierarchies give you the flexibility to manage information on many levels. Large organizations can grant separate locations, departments, or other divisions the power to manage their own data and execute emergency plans independently or in conjunction with the rest of the organization while retaining the ability to message to all members across the system. Locations, departments, and other divisions have autonomy in using the system, including the ability to manage their own member lists and host their own caller IDs, personalized greeting messages, and pre-recorded message libraries.
Communication
- Premium Broadcasting – Advanced message targeting and information-gathering
Select message recipients based on specific criteria (such as emergency room experience or ability to speak Spanish), get information from the people on the ground during an incident and those you are protecting, and give message recipients the ability to speak to a live person if they need help or need to provide additional information. Everbridge's Premium Broadcasting packages includes: data collection for polling, call transfer to customizable phone number by broadcast, saved filters, and user-defined fields.
- Broadcast Management – Broadcast-level customization when you have many users
Prevent confusion as to who sent a message and whom to follow up with when you have large numbers of users sending messages. Everbridge's Broadcast Management package includes: re-routing of email replies and bounce-backs to customer-specified email account; customization of sender email address, caller ID, and callback number by broadcast, and the ability to assign a billing code by broadcast.
- Premium Call-In – Provide back-up communications
Everbridge’s Premium Call-In solution enables users to post messages directed to specific groups or individuals to a secure call-in number with the option of sending an outbound notification simultaneously with no extra work. Message recipients can confirm receipt of multiple messages at once, even if the messages were delivered via a voicemail or if they could not be reached via their usual delivery paths.
- Custom Conference Bridges – Maximize productivity
With Everbridge's Custom Conference Bridges solution, you can use your own conference bridge(s) in addition to Everbridge's conference bridges for on-the-fly conference calling. Custom Conference Bridges enables you to create a default conference room for your organization and to add additional team members on-the-fly to conference call briefings and strategy sessions as an incident progresses.

Express Call enables users to send notifications to contacts who are not members in Everbridge system, separating temporary and permanent contact data for maximum security and compliance. Express Call is ideal for effective communications with frequently changing or temporary lists of contacts.

Everbridge’s Contact Migration Wizard automates the process of maintaining member data in Everbridge emergency notification system. This tool runs right from your desktop and accelerates the time it takes to add, change, or delete member data by enabling scheduled updates without user intervention. - Contact Integration – Manage contact data in your own system
Everbridge Contact Integration enables subscribers who already maintain their contact data in an employee directory, ERP system, or human resource system to electronically manage Everbridge's member list. Manage contacts and groups within the Everbridge incident notification system through the API on-demand or on a regularly scheduled basis.
