Prior to CloudFloor, Mr. Ellertson served as CEO of Gomez Inc., the foremost Internet Performance Management provider, from 2005 to 2010. During his tenure, he led them through an IPO registration that resulted in the successful sale of Gomez to Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) in October of 2009.
Mr. Ellertson also served as CEO, President and director of S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), a software provider to the financial services marketplace from 2000 to 2005. From 1997 to 2000, he orchestrated the highly successful turnaround of Interleaf, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAF), a provider of software tools for e-content management, culminating in its acquisition by BroadVision Inc. in April 2000. Mr. Ellertson served as EVP and GM of Worldwide Strategic Operations of BroadVision Inc. during the merger integration period in 2000.
Previous to Interleaf, Mr. Ellertson founded several high growth software companies, including Document Automation Corporation (1982-1987), Openware Technologies (1990-1995) and Purview Technologies Inc. (1996-1997).
Mr. Ellertson currently serves on the board of directors of Qvidian, a SaaS provider of applications that improve sales force effectiveness (from 2010-present).
Chief Financial Officer and SVP Business OperationsCinta Putra is Everbridge’s chief financial officer, senior vice president of Business Operations and one of the company’s co-founders. In these roles, Ms. Putra is responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial strategy as well as driving operational efficiencies.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Putra lead Everbridge in the capacity of CEO for nearly nine years from its founding to its acquisition of CloudFloor in 2011. Ms. Putra brings 20 years of experience in management, finance, and operations to Everbridge. Prior to Everbridge, she co-founded and served as President of Game Units, a successful niche provider of customizable, demographically targeted video game units to customers that included Fortune 500 companies. Her previous experience includes co-founding Abacus Energy Services, an electric service provider company, and working in various senior-level leadership positions for PMC Global, a billion-dollar manufacturing conglomerate where Ms. Putra was responsible for worldwide financial operations and spearheaded several key projects including certain acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Prior to PMC Global, she held management positions for Liner Health Products, one of America’s largest manufacturers of vitamins, minerals and herbal nutritional supplements.
Ms. Putra holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance and an MBA in Management from California State University. She is an expert resource and frequent contributor to a number of emergency communication publications and was named the number-one expert to discuss the 2003 Northeast Blackout and the number-two expert to discuss the 2004 Asian tsunami.
Senior Vice President of SalesGary Phillips is the senior vice president of Sales at Everbridge. In this role, Mr. Phillips is responsible for driving Everbridge’s sales and services strategies, increasing sales operational efficiencies and accelerating market growth.

Most recently, Mr. Phillips was vice president of North American Application Performance Management (APM) Sales at Compuware Corporation. Prior to its acquisition by Compuware, he held a similar position as vice president of North America Sales for Gomez. Prior to Gomez, Mr. Phillips was CEO at Marathon Technologies, a provider of high availability software in the business continuity market. Mr. Phillips also held the position of senior vice president, Worldwide Sales and Services at Avaki, a leading enterprise integration software company, which was acquired by Sybase.
Previously, Mr. Phillips led sales at Bowstreet, a Web services company and Interleaf a content management company that was acquired by BroadVision, where he was General Manager for the Americas. Earlier in Mr. Phillips’ career he held various management positions at BBN, Wang Labs, and started his career in sales at NCR.
Mr. Phillips holds a BS in business administration and marketing from Plymouth State College.
Chief Technology OfficerImad Mouline is the chief technology officer for Everbridge. In this role, Mr. Mouline is responsible for Everbridge’s market strategy, product direction, and research and development.

Mr. Mouline joined Everbridge in 2011, when the company acquired CloudFloor, an enterprise cloud management company where he was co-founder and CTO. Prior to CloudFloor, Mr. Mouline served as CTO of Compuware’s Application Performance Management Solutions division, which was formed when the company acquired Gomez, a provider of web performance management solutions, where Mr. Mouline was CTO. Prior to Gomez, he served as CTO of S1 Corporation, a provider of financial services solutions.

Senior Vice President, EngineeringYuan Cheng is the senior vice president, Engineering at Everbridge. In this role, Mr. Cheng is responsible for overseeing the worldwide development of Everbridge solutions.

Most recently, Mr. Cheng was the founder and CEO of Hypersun Group Ltd. which was acquired by Everbridge in 2012. Previous to Hypersun, Mr. Cheng was general manager of Gomez China Operations, establishing an offshore engineering team for that company. Prior to joining Gomez, Cheng managed the BroadVision Commerce product at BroadVision. Mr. Cheng holds two US patents (7,765,295 and 8,095,650) for his work in methods and apparatus for real user monitoring.
Mr. Cheng received his Ph.D., Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Information Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000 and his Bachelor of Engineering, Precision Instruments from Tsinghua University in 1994.
Senior Vice President of OperationsScott Burnett is the senior vice president of operations at Everbridge. In this role, Mr. Burnett is responsible for technology deployment, service and software enhancements as well as overall customer satisfaction.

In this position, Mr. Burnett had complete responsibility for the development, quality, operation, and technical support of Axeda’s machine cloud platform used for managing millions of connected products worldwide.
Prior to Axeda, Mr. Burnett was the vice president of engineering & operations for the Compuware Corporation’s Application Performance Management (APM) business unit. Mr. Burnett came to Compuware through its acquisition of Gomez, Inc. where he was the vice president of global platform engineering, operations & support. Before Gomez, Mr. Burnett held senior positions at Arbor Networks, CMGI, Inc., and Liberty Global, Inc.
Mr. Burnett holds a BSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MSEE from Southern Methodist University.
