In every industry, our partners provide a comprehensive network of expert resources in operations, process and technology matters related to mass notification. Everbridge is committed to working hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing channel partners to bring greater value to our joint customers.
Distribution Partners
Sales channel partners are an integral component of Everbridge’s ability to deliver best-in-class services to the marketplace. Everbridge is looking for partners who understand their respective industries and are committed to delivering premiere mass communication and interactive communication solutions to their customers. We offer several options for sales channel partners:

Referral Partners

Referral partners introduce Everbridge to qualified prospects. Everbridge is then responsible for representing and contracting its services as well as delivering post-sales support. Upon closing, the referral partner receives a percentage of the first year’s revenue. Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Everbridge solution
  • Lead registration

Reseller Partners

Providing Everbridge solutions directly to clients, resellers are responsible for marketing, selling and contracting with the end user. Post-sales support, including customer training, system implementation and customer support, may be provided by Everbridge or the reseller. Resellers purchase discounted services for resale to their customers. Requirements:
  • In addition to meeting the requirements of a Referral partner, Reseller partners must: Certify a minimum of two people to sell Everbridge services
  • Certify a minimum of one person to implement and support Everbridge services
  • If the reseller provides post-sales support, the reseller must have one person certified to implement and support Everbridge services Everbridge provides sales tools, such as starter collateral kits, lead registration, proposal assistance, and a demonstration Everbridge account to Reseller and Private Label partners.

OEM Partner

OEM Partners provide Everbridge service under their brand. OEM partners are responsible for marketing, selling, contracting, and providing post-sales support to the end user. Resellers license OEM services from Everbridge and resell them to their customers. Requirements:
    • In addition to meeting the requirements of a Reseller, OEM partners must: Certify a minimum of two people to sell Everbridge services
    • Certify a minimum of one person to implement and support Everbridge services
    • Everbridge provides sales tools, such as starter collateral kits, lead registration, proposal assistance, and a demonstration Everbridge account to Reseller and OEM partners.

Technology & Alliance Partners

Technology & Alliance companies offer complementary software that can be enhanced though integration with our mass notification solutions. The Technology & Alliance partner develops code that integrates its service with Everbridge system through APIs. These add-ons are licensed along with the respective company’s software to end clients. Market development and lead exchange are important components of the Technology & Alliance program.
