Sales Channel Partners
Sales channel partners are an integral component of Everbridge’s ability to deliver best-in-class services to the marketplace. Everbridge is looking for partners who understand their respective industries and are committed to delivering premiere notification solutions to their customers. We offer several options for sales channel partners:
Referral
Referral partners introduce Everbridge to qualified prospects. Everbridge is then responsible for representing and contracting its services as well as delivering post-sales support. Upon closing, the referral partner receives a percentage of the first year’s revenue. Learn more...Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Everbridge Aware solution
- Lead registration
Reseller
Providing Everbridge solutions directly to clients, resellers are responsible for marketing, selling and contracting with the end user. Post-sales support, including customer training, system implementation and customer support, may be provided by Everbridge or the reseller. Resellers purchase discounted services for resale to their customers. Learn more...Requirements:
- In addition to meeting the requirements of a Referral partner, Reseller partners must: Certify a minimum of two people to sell Everbridge Aware services
- Certify a minimum of one person to implement and support Everbridge Aware services
Private Label Reseller
Private Label Resellers provide Everbridge Aware service under their brand. Private Label partners are responsible for marketing, selling, contracting, and providing post-sales support to the end user. Resellers license private-labeled services from Everbridge and resell them to their customers. Learn more...Requirements:
- In addition to meeting the requirements of a Reseller, Private Label partners must: Certify a minimum of two people to sell Everbridge Aware services
- Certify a minimum of one person to implement and support Everbridge Aware services
Marketing & Technology Channel Partners
Everbridge collaborates with select companies to co-market complementary services and software. We provide two types of affiliate marketing programs:- Affiliate (Marketing) companies offer complementary services that do not need to be integrated with our mass notification solutions. Market development and lead exchange are the key components of the Affiliate program.
- Alliance (Technology) companies offer complementary software that can be enhanced though integration with our mass notification solutions. The Alliance partner develops code that integrates its service with Everbridge system through APIs. These add-ons are licensed along with the respective company’s software to end clients. Market development and lead exchange are important components of the Alliance program.
