Everbridge to highlight IT alerting at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2015

The Everbridge team is excited to be participating as an exhibitor and presenter at the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2015, Oct. 4-8, 2015 in Orlando, FL. If you’re heading down, we look forward to seeing you there at booth #139!

At the event, Everbridge will showcase how IT response teams can resolve incidents more quickly and effectively with IT Alerting. Our CTO, Imad Mouline, will also lead a session, “3 Ways To Optimize IT Communications and Resolve Incidents Faster,” on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:30 AM EST.

The need to avoid IT outages and keep downtime to a minimum is more important than ever. According to a recent article in CIO Insight, there’s a heightened need for clear, proactive IT communications and executive accountability: “CIOs have a responsibility to ensure that IT incident communication is a fluid process that resolves problems in the most efficient way possible.”

Everbridge will be in booth #139 demonstrating how IT Alerting integrates with ITSM platforms and uses automatic escalation of alerts, on-call scheduling and mobile alerting to automate manual tasks and keep IT Operations collaborative during IT incidents. As we recently announced here on the blog, the company is now a certified ServiceNow partner, with an IT Alerting connector available in the ServiceNow Store. This integration ensures ServiceNow customers can connect the world’s leading (IT) Service Management solution into the world’s leading critical communications platform.
