ITA quote

We’re very excited to present the 2016 Everbridge IT Alerting Summer Release. Being 100% Saas, the new version was successfully delivered to all our customers on July 20th and includes a host of new features, improvements, and integrations. Among these innovations, a brand new calendar import function, a new multi-threaded notification capability, as well as three new 2-way certified integrations. As a current customer, you can access the replay of the full overview of the Summer Release by clicking here. Managing teams’ on-call schedules, shifts and escalation has never been easier. Staff schedules views, day views, replacements, contact information are now easily accessible from the Web Ui or a smartphone. See what those who’ve already used it are saying: In addition, in case you have teams’ calendars defined in Google, Outlook, Apple iCal, etc… they can now easily be imported into Everbridge. Another exciting new feature is the capability to send multiple targeted notifications to different groups of people with different messages. Let’s take an example, one of your business’ mission-critical applications is slow, and consumers of the service are starting to call into the help desk to find out what is going on. You can now contact and engage the IT response staff, as well as notify key stakeholders and inform the impacted users of the problem, all at the same time and in one click. Time is very precious during an outage, and the Incident Scenario Manager allows users to focus more on getting back online and spend less time messaging. Everbridge has also added a few new integrations, in the form of BMC Software certifications for BMC Remedy and RemedyForce. As a result, Everbridge customers can automatically send notifications and/or route calls to the right on-call staff, auto assign Remedy incidents based on staff responses to notifications and keep track of communications directly from the BMC Remedy or RemedyForce interfaces. You can find more information on the BMC Marketplace: Everbridge ITA for BMC Remedy: Everbridge ITA for BMC RemedyForce: This is just a snapshot of the new features and enhancements delivered with the IT Alerting Summer Release.
