Safety connection wins “2016 Campus Safety BEST Award”

The Everbridge team is excited to announce that our newest solution, Safety Connection, which is designed to protect employees, residents and students no matter where they are located, has just been named a winner of the 2016 Campus Safety BEST Awards! The solution was recognized in the category for best “Safety and Security” apps. The Campus Safety BEST awards honor “superior security, law enforcement, emergency management and life safety products and services for hospital, school and university protection professionals.” The awards were judged by a panel of industry leaders along with the editors of Campus Safety magazine. With distributed student and employee populations, and large, multi-building campuses, traditional approaches to physical security alone cannot keep students, faculty and staff safe. Everbridge Safety Connection™ helps businesses and organizations quickly locate and communicate with their people who may be in harm’s way by leveraging location data from a wide variety of systems, including wired and wireless network access points and building access control and badging systems.
