  • 2. In ServiceNow, create an Incident Condition targeting that Everbridge Incident Template
  • 3. ServiceNow automatically triggers incident creation in Everbridge
  • 4. Everbridge notifies contacts, to resolve the issue, and then closes the loop with ServiceNow
