One of the benefits from using Everbridge that has been really successful for us is our EP team. So our executive protection team, has a workflow where they get alerts based on where they travel. So we upload their itineraries and they use the check in button on the mobile app and they’re able to get real time information when they’re traveling with their CEO.

Another workflow that we have is our QTC clinics. So we have, mobile clinics that are driving around every single day and we have workflows for them when we need to alert them of severe weather, if we need to alert them of any criminal activity or protest activity along their areas.

So that’s been a really good workflow for us.

I would describe Everbridge as, a platform that is really good at showing situational awareness around all kinds of risks and threats. So you’re able to see where your people are, how close they are to any kind of risk event.

You’re able to communicate with your employees or leadership through the platform. You’re able to do a lot of refining to get information that you actually care about as opposed to everything online.

There was a time last year where our CEO and our executive protection team were in Germany for a conference and there was an actual, explosion really close to the conference. And they got the notifications because they checked in at their hotel and they saw the explosion, they saw the details of what was happening.

And that led them to change their route to going to that conference so they were safe from all that that was going.
