Everbridge 360™ PROOF OF CONCEPT TERMS

BY CLICKING “PROCEED,” YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF YOUR ORGANIZATION (“CUSTOMER”). CUSTOMER AGREES TO THESE TERMS GOVERNING ACCESS TO THE EVERBRIDGE 360 CEM PILOT SERVICES (“PILOT SERVICES”).

Customer may access the Pilot Services solely for internal evaluation and testing to determine whether to purchase a subscription. The pilot begins on the date Customer first accesses the Pilot Services and ends 30 days thereafter, unless extended. Everbridge may suspend or terminate the pilot.  Customer is responsible for all activity under its accounts and for the legality of the data it submits. The Pilot Services are provided “as is” and in accordance with Everbridge’s Data Protection Agreement (DPA) at:  https://www.everbridge.com/company-policies/. Everbridge makes no representations or warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, each party’s total liability related to the Pilot Services will not exceed US $1,000.
