When should I arrive and depart? Optional training sessions kick off on Sunday, April 19 at 10 AM, followed by our Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM. The conference wraps up on Tuesday, April 21 with an evening event ending around 9:00 PM. Wednesday, April 22 is designated as the departure day, with no sessions scheduled.
To experience the full program without feeling rushed, we recommend arriving Sunday, April 19 and departing Wednesday, April 22.

• Everbridge Critical Event Management and Crisis Management (CEM/CM) Customers: Administrators and Power Users seeking to enhance their expertise and gain actionable insights to drive resilience.
• BC in the Cloud (BCIC) Customers: Administrators and Power Users who are ready to deepen their knowledge and maximize BC in the Cloud’s potential.
• xMatters Customers: Developer and Supervisor roles looking to not only respond to disruptions more effectively, but also to proactively build a culture of digital resilience within their organizations.
What is included in my ticket price? Your ticket includes access to all sessions from Sunday through Tuesday, networking opportunities such as the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Monday & Tuesday evening events, plus meals provided throughout the conference.
When will the agenda be shared? We’re putting the finishing touches on an exciting agenda designed to deliver valuable insights and engaging sessions. Full details will be shared in early 2026.

Do I need to book a hotel room separately? Yes. To take advantage of our special discounted rate of $274/night at the Renaissance, please book through our exclusive link. This rate is available until Friday, March 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM CT, but rooms may sell out before then—so we recommend booking early.
For the best experience, we recommend arriving Sunday, April 19 and departing Wednesday morning, April 22 to enjoy the full event.
Are all sessions onsite at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel? Yes. All sessions take place at the hotel, except for the Monday and Tuesday evening events. We’ll provide transportation or clear directions so you can easily get to and from any offsite activities.
What is the dress code? Casual. Jeans and sneakers are perfectly fine—we want you to feel comfortable.
Will Wi-Fi be available at Discover Resilience? Yes. Dedicated conference Wi-Fi will be available in the session areas (Floors 2 and 3). Please make sure your work device can connect to external networks, or bring a personal hotspot as a backup.
For hotel guests: The Renaissance offers complimentary in-room internet for Marriott Bonvoy members, or $1/night for non-members.
What meals are included with the general registration fee? • Sunday: Dinner and drinks
• Monday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks
• Tuesday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks
Additionally, assorted beverages and snacks will be provided throughout the event.
What if I have special dietary needs? Please list any food allergies or restrictions during registration—we’ll do our best to make sure you’re accommodated.
Can I bring a guest? We’re happy you want to share the Discover Resilience experience; however, all guests must be properly registered and paid for in advance. Guest passes cost $300 and include access only to the evening events: the Welcome Reception on Sunday and the dinners on Monday and Tuesday. Please note: all guests must be 21 or older, as alcohol is served at these events.
Important:
• Guests who are not registered and paid for will NOT be allowed entry to any evening events.
• Guest passes can be purchased for $300 (all three evenings).
• Guest passes do not include access to daily sessions.
Please ensure you register and pay for any guests during your registration process to avoid any issues onsite.
Can I earn credits for attending? Yes, you can earn Continuing Education Activity Points (CEAPs) for attending Discover Resilience Sessions. These credits count towards CEAP Number 4.0 for DRI. Continuing education credits can also be applied to other affiliations, such as ASIS — DRI is just one example.
Is there a cancellation policy? Yes, the cancellation policy is described below.
• Full Refund: Cancel by January 31, 2026 to receive a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancel between February 1 and March 27, 2026.
• No Refund: No refunds after March 27, 2026.

How can I update my registration if I want to add or remove the optional Sunday session? You can manage your agenda by simply clicking the “Manage Your Registration” link in your confirmation email. You will need to enter their confirmation number to log in. If you forget your confirmation number, you can click “Forgot confirmation number” and enter your registered email address. You’ll then receive the confirmation details via email, which you can use to log in and they will arrive at the confirmation page where you’ll get the option to either modify or cancel their registration.
