New Everbridge Agency Delivers Fast, Predictable Parametric Payouts when Severe Weather, Natural Catastrophes, or Other Critical Events Disrupt Operations

Vienna, VA – December 10, 2025 – Everbridge, Inc., the global leader in High Velocity Critical Event Management (CEM) and national public warning solutions, today announced the launch of Everbridge Insurance Services, LLC, a parametric insurance agency that helps organizations secure fast, reliable financial support when extreme weather or other disruptive events impact operations. 

As extreme weather grows more volatile and natural catastrophes escalate, organizations face mounting operational and financial uncertainty. Fewer than 40% of businesses effectively budget for weather-related disruptions, leaving many teams without the resources required to activate response and continuity plans.

Everbridge Insurance Services (EIS) closes this gap by offering parametric coverage shaped around the same types of events organizations already monitor and manage every day. Objective indicators such as wind speed, rainfall, temperature, or seismic activity can be aligned with pre-agreed financial support under the policy, giving teams confidence that the resources needed to carry out response and continuity actions will be available when defined conditions are met. This approach reduces uncertainty and helps organizations move quickly when severe weather or other disruptive events escalate.

Pilot programs will begin in January 2026 across select industries. Broader availability is expected in Q2 2026, subject to underwriting and regulatory review and supported by partnerships with leading A+ rated carriers.

At launch, Everbridge Insurance Services will focus on weather and natural catastrophe parametric solutions such as wind, rain, temperature, and other measurable physical risks. Over time, the agency expects to expand into additional parametric opportunities where Everbridge already provides deep operational resilience value, including:

• Large-scale event interruption
• Executive protection and mobility-related exposures
• Cyber event response acceleration

These emerging categories will support customers turning response plans into fully funded action.

Everbridge Insurance Services will be led by Vice Presidents Nakita Persaud and Stephen Discenza, who together bring extensive experience in specialty and parametric insurance.
