Shay Bond has spent more than 15 years helping organizations strengthen their resilience programs. She’s led cross-functional, customer-facing teams that advise, implement, and support programs for organizations of every size and maturity. Known for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, Shay has built a career on solving complex problems, improving processes, and creating customer experiences that actually work in the real world.
Her background spans business continuity, disaster recovery, and enterprise resilience work at companies including Sungard Availability Services, Assurance Software, and Infinite Blue. Across every role, she’s focused on driving collaboration, elevating customer success, and building high-performing teams grounded in a customer-first mindset.
Outside of work, Shay lives in Pennsylvania with her family. She’s an avid antiquer who even launched an online vintage shop during COVID. She loves baking, good food, live music, and has a strong passion for charcuterie. Sports, however, remain optional.
