Being a customer of xMatters, we use Everbridge during our incident processes. And I believe that on a daily basis xMatters helps us be more efficient in getting the right people on a call to solve problems for Sony PlayStation.

xMatters today is we no longer have to page the village and have everyone on a call. We can narrow down who we need on a call and have the right people on a call to fix the situation faster.

So what makes xMatters stand out for me? I’ve been a customer about nine years and the partnership with xMatters. A lot of companies, they sell you a product and you don’t hear from them until three years later when it’s time to pay again. Where I feel as xMatters, there’s a partnership.

We work together to make the tool better, make my organization better. So we help each other out throughout the process. xMatters helps my team be more efficient. We have workflows signed up in AI. So using AI to take the in time to resolution has successfully been improved over the eight years and it continues to improve.

So time is money in operations and that’s what xMatters does for me.

in workflow and a lot of customers don’t take advantage of the workflow of X Matters. They use xMatters for your basic we’re paging people and I believe there’s so much advantage of tools that xMatters provides to make your organization faster and better.

Year over year we see our uptime and improving. And again this year was the best year ever for us. And some of that has to credit go back to xMatters and the solutions we’ve provided into our application this year.

An advice for organization that’s still being manual today is you’re going to be left behind. xMatters as an AI partner in this AI world that we’re living in helps you get there faster. And if you’re not on this train, the speed of light that AI is changing day to day, you’re going to be so far behind, you won’t be able to be caught up.
