Stephanie Marjoram is a resilience leader specializing in business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR), with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. Since entering the BC/DR field in 2003, she has held a variety of roles spanning both practitioner and solution provider perspectives, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges organizations face in building and maturing resilience programs.

Stephanie is passionate about partnering with organizations throughout their resilience journey, helping them assess risk, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical strategies that enhance operational resilience. She works closely with customers to bridge strategy, technology, and real-world execution, turning innovative ideas into actionable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
