Adam DeLuca

Adam DeLuca is an intelligence operations executive with over two decades of experience across defense, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure sectors. He has built and led high-performing intelligence teams at the federal, local, and private sector levels, with deep expertise across the full intelligence cycle—from collection and analysis to dissemination and decision support. Throughout his career, DeLuca has been recognized for his ability to stand up and scale 24/7 operations centers, develop repeatable analytic processes, and deliver high-impact intelligence in fast-paced, high-stakes environments supporting senior government and security leadership.
In his current role as Director of Risk Intelligence and Strategy at Everbridge, DeLuca leads enterprise-wide efforts to deliver actionable, forward-looking intelligence to global clients. He has spearheaded the integration of geopolitical, cyber, and physical threat intelligence into a unified platform, enabling organizations to better anticipate and mitigate risk. DeLuca also helped scaled Everbridge’s global intelligence operations, supporting Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government partners, while serving as a key voice to executive leadership through strategic briefings, threat forecasts, and industry engagement.
DeLuca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University and completed technical training during his time in the military. He also served in the United States Air Force, where he developed his foundational expertise in intelligence operations and analysis.
