Everbridge announces addition of Elliot Mark as SVP and General Counsel

Everbridge, a global provider of SaaS-based unified critical communications solutions, today announced the addition of Elliot Mark as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mark brings more than 25 years of senior legal experience, having served as General Counsel at a number of Boston-area technology companies including Northern Power Systems, Gomez, Inc., Salary.com, Viisage Technology, and eRoom Technology. 

Mark started his career as a corporate attorney with the Boston office of the international law firm Goodwin Procter. During his legal tenure he managed several IPOs, numerous M&A transactions, complex licensing arrangements, and the establishment of international operations in a large number of countries.
