The solution is delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS), so no installation is required, no hardware, no cloud hosting subscription, no installation fee. IT alerting is sold as an annual subscription as part of one year or multiyear contract. There are only 2 packages available for IT Alerting: Standard and Pro.

There are 2 types of user licenses:

  • Resolver user licenses and
  • Information-only recipient user license (optional)
