About the Customer Award Program

The third annual Critical Event Management Impact Award program is now open for submissions! This industry award program is exclusively for Everbridge customers located around the globe, offering you and your organization the opportunity to be recognized for your inspiring and innovative initiatives, results and unique use of Everbridge.

There is no prototypical organization, entry or winner—all submissions are reviewed consistently, and winners are selected by demonstrating clear impact on their organization, agency or community.

Please nominate yourself, your colleague(s), team, agency or department, or others, by filling out our submission form today!

There is no fee to submit, and nominations will be accepted until September 13th, 2019.


Nominations are open now! Any individual, organization or community that leverages Everbridge to manage critical events is eligible to submit, and multiple nominations are encouraged.

While there are no categories, suggested themes and topic areas for submissions include:

  • Proactively accounting for the safety of employees or residents during a critical event
  • Demonstrating an impact on the business—supporting revenue growth and expansion
  • Operationalizing technology beyond emergencies to achieve a higher ROI
  • Ensuring broad community/regional resilience in the face of an impending critical event
  • Optimizing business processes with technology (e.g. replacing manual processes and/or breaking organizational siloes)
  • Responding to product recalls, supply chain disruptions, IT incidents and other types of non-traditional critical events

Sulayman Brown, Assistant Coordinator, Operations and Outreach Division Manager, Fairfax County (Virginia) Office of Emergency Management, was awarded the Leadership Impact Award in 2018. Key Dates

The deadline for submissions is September 13, 2019. Winners will be announced in October, and will be recognized during a live webinar announcement (date TBD), on, social media and via regional user groups and industry publications.


All Everbridge users, regardless of tenure or industry, are encouraged to submit for this award.
